Bohemia is italian done right

Every time we go to Pedasi my one must go to restaurant is without a doubt Bohemia.  Victor, the owner and chef, of Bohemia has worked to create a truly great dining experience.  Bohemia is a complete meal with delicious appetizers, pizzas, and pastas.  The bruschetta, margherita pizza and mushroom pasta are some of my personal favorites.  The sangria is also delicious!  There is a warm and inviting eating space inside, but also a cool outdoor space where occasionally music is played as well.  You can also find Victor at his other shop in town, Pedasi Love, a gift store with clothing and souvenirs.
